Shower/Celebratory Group Luncheons Standard Start - End Times: We find guests are usually ready to leave within 2.5 to 3 hours of arrival. 

 11:30* a.m. to 2:30 p.m. OR 1:30* p.m.  to 4:30 p.m.

WE DO NOT OPEN EARLY, AS WE ARE PREPARING FOR YOUR EVENT & WANT IT TO BE PERFECT. As long as the hostess knows when the gate opens, all the guest are happy waiting a few minutes for us to open. We are happy to arrange to meet with you by appointment a day or two prior, if you do have a few personal items you wish for us to place & position prior to your arrival.

 Decorating Rooms:   Rooms are rented fully decorated with flowers.   However, we do allow you to bring small party favors for tables, which we are happy to position for you the evening prior when requested.  We do allow for a few side accessories like a framed photo or table top item at entry, balloons, etc..  We do not permit any form of confetti in balloons or inside room, nor do we allow for hanging items on walls/furniture or rearranging furniture.  We do not open prior to 11:30 a.m. for our morning events, but we are happy to arrange to meet with you by appointment a day or two prior for you to drop off a few items you wish for us to place in position. Items must be fully assembled in advance. 

 Flowers are Rented:   All flowers and holders are rented and remain property of the cafe' for use in our other events.    Please inform guests not to take home to avoid additional charges to party.   We always compliment a theme and promise not to clash a theme, ex. blue hydrangeas for a girl shower.   While we do not guarantee an exact color or exact kind of flower, as we are at the mercy of our vendor options a couple days out, we do always blend with your theme.  We treat the party as if it were our own & very much keep in mind what you desire.

 Non-Refundable Deposits:   A 50% Deposit Secures your event.  No reductions, nor cancellations for any reasons, as we will immediately turn away all parties requesting your date & time.  We normally turn away multiple events,sometimes within the same day of booking an event. 

Food Exceptions:  We are happy to make some exceptions for your event in the case of food allergies/preferences, etc.  ex.  No cheese, no nuts, gluten free options.  Please tell us 48 hours in advance, to avoid additional charges.   On our end, we reserve the right to make necessary substitutions on planned food & beverage offerings in the highly unusual event of vendor complications.

 Can we bring a cake?  Dessert pedestals are included in your event.   However, we do offer an optional add-on two tiered cake decorated with flowers and twinkly lights, Click on your event type, then items included. Then, click on the cake add=on option to view. If you have your heart set on an 3rd party licensed cake vendor, Please let us know, so we can tell you how we need to handle this by appt. to satisfy health inspector.  There is a $50 or more handling fee.  

Can we bring our own wine?  We have a wine & beer license and provide all beverages for our events.  Our insurance strictly prohibits any outside alcohol brought onto our property.
